Megan Bentler

RDN, LD

Megan Bentler, RDN, LD, is a Registered Dietitian who has specialized in weight loss and weight management since becoming credentialed in 2017. She is ServSafe certified and a longtime member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, active since 2012. In addition to her work with Virtual Dietitian Care, Megan also practices at Allina Health Clinics. She is a frequent guest speaker on nutrition topics, including presenting "Healthy Ways to Feed Your Body and Brain" at the Brain Injury Alliance of Iowa's Family and Caregiver Workshop and Resource Fair. Her academic background includes research on the impact of nutrition education on fruit and vegetable consumption among elementary-aged children.
